Gather for lunch and meet your hosts, Colleen Duffley and Steve Carpenter, along with your world-class coaches, Jenni Clark and Haley Dunn. We will provide a comprehensive briefing on the weekend's activities, safety protocols, and game-specific details. Spend the afternoon shooting and learning the sport.

Enjoy a gourmet dinner prepared by owners Colleen Duffley and her husband, Chef Steve Carpenter. Steve is a highly regarded restaurateur, and Colleen is a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier and serves on the advisory board for Culinary Hospitality at Auburn University.

Dinner will showcase delicious wood-fired pizzas made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients, topped with a variety of flavorful options to satisfy every taste. The meal will be expertly paired with exceptional wines, followed by conversation around a cozy outdoor fireplace.

SATURDAY: Start the day with a morning walk or bike ride, followed by a light breakfast. Then, head out for instruction and coaching, and enjoy a fun-filled day of shooting clays along with a game of 5-stand (for those who may not know, it’s incredibly fun!).

Retreat to your room for a hot steam shower or soak in the tub before enjoying aperitivos and appetizers, followed by an exquisite culinary experience crafted by the talented Steve and Colleen. Their thoughtfully curated dinner promises to be a feast for the senses, blending both flavors and artistry.

SUNDAY: Begin your day with a light breakfast before heading out for an exciting round of Annie Oakley to test your skills, with awards to be presented.

Conclude your day with a farewell lunch before departure.
