MEET CHEF NICK WALLACE
Chef Nick Wallace was born and raised in Edwards, Mississippi, and credits his grandmothers with igniting his passion for culinary arts. He is the founder and executive chef of Nick Wallace Culinary.
In 2020, he was named the Best Chef in Mississippi and has consistently ranked among the Best Chefs in America. He has also hosted five Mississippi-themed dinners in New York for the James Beard Foundation.
He has appeared on numerous national media outlets, including Comfort Nation, Cutthroat Kitchen, Chopped, and Top Chef. Notably, he won Chopped in Season 34. Additionally, he has appeared on Food Network Canada, Fire Masters.
Internationally, Chef Wallace has been featured on the French channel Voyage in the show Unexplored America - Mississippi. He has also made two appearances on Beautiful Destinations for Visit USA.

Providence Hill is just 45 minutes from Jackson-Evers International Airport, and 15 minutes from the South's major interstates, including I-20 and I-55.
ITINERARY
FRIDAY: Arrive at Providence Hill. Settle into your private cabin and enjoy a thoughtfully curated gift bag filled with premium essentials to enhance your experience.
Gather for lunch and meet your hosts and World-Class Coaches. We will provide a comprehensive briefing on the weekend's activities, safety protocols, and game-specific details. Spend the afternoon shooting and learning the sport.
Enjoy a gourmet dinner by Chef Nick Wallace featuring locally sourced ingredients and wine pairings, followed by conversation around a crackling outdoor fireplace.
SATURDAY: Start the day with yoga overlooking the lake, led by a certified instructor, followed by a light breakfast before heading out for instruction and a fun-filled day of shooting clays and a game of 5-stand (for those that don't know, it's super fun!).
Retreat to your room for a hot steam shower or soak in the tub before a fun cocktail hour and a multi-course dinner featuring local specialties created by Chef Nick Wallace.
SUNDAY: Begin your day with a light breakfast before heading out for an exciting round of Annie Oakley to test your skills, with awards to be presented.
Conclude your day with a farewell lunch at the club before departure.
